How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially in the high season. We are at your disposal for last-minute inquiries, but cannot guarantee this.
Can I choose my ski instructor?
With pleasure. Let us know your wishes when booking and we will do our best to fulfill them.
What equipment do I need for the private lessons?
You need
- Winterproof clothing,

Are private lessons also possible for children?
In any case. We offer private lessons especially for children. Our ski instructors are experienced in dealing with young skiers and make learning fun.
Our experience shows that children learn faster and more effectively in private lessons than in group lessons.
What happens in bad weather?
The safety of our guests is our top priority. In the event of extreme weather conditions, such as thunderstorms, where there is a risk to life and limb, lessons will be canceled and you will receive your money back or can continue your lessons on another day.
Otherwise, lessons take place in all weathers.
Can I share a private lesson with friends or family?
Yes, we also offer private lessons for small groups (max. 4 people). The price per additional person is reduced, please discuss this with the ski school office.
Can I interrupt a private lesson I have started & continue it later?
As a rule, we recommend using the booked time in one go. In exceptional cases and by prior arrangement, we may be able to offer you flexible solutions.
How advanced do I have to be to benefit from the Premium packages?
Our premium packages are suitable for all levels. We adapt the content to your abilities, whether you are a beginner, advanced or expert.
Where will the meeting point for the ski lessons be?
With us, you determine the meeting point for your ski lessons entirely according to your wishes. Flexibility is one of the advantages that characterize our ski school.
You can choose the meeting point that is most convenient for you. This can be the lobby of your hotel, a specific valley station, your favorite café in the ski area or any other place that is convenient for you.
Your ski instructor will be waiting for you punctually at the agreed meeting point.
After a brief welcome and discussion of the day’s program, you will walk to the lift together. This way you can start your day’s skiing in a relaxed and stress-free manner.
This personal pick-up also allows us to cater to your individual needs and wishes right from the start. Whether you have questions about equipment, would like to explore certain slopes or have specific learning goals – we are there for you.
